Roberto Cortinas joined the firm in 2019 as an associate in our Corporate and Securities Department. He has experience with Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs), having worked with numerous SPAC issuers that have raised over $2 billion of aggregate gross proceeds. Roberto's practice also includes public and private securities offerings, managing due diligence and other matters for mergers & acquisitions, and counseling public and private companies on general corporate matters.
