Our landlord-tenant practice encompasses commercial and residential holdover proceedings on issues including options to renew, illegal subletting, , owner occupancy, rent regulation coverage and succession. We also represent owners and tenants in commercial nonpayment proceedings, including Yellowstone injunctions, and contract and lease disputes in the New York Supreme Court, Civil Court, and all appellate courts.
