We seek to vindicate our clients’ rights while offering cost-effective representation. When a creditor is owed substantial monies, the creditor and his or her legal counsel must come to an understanding as to what measures the attorney will take in order to vindicate the creditor’s interests. In the initial stages of litigation, we discuss the advisability of certain strategies. When a debtor has few or no assets, it may not be practical to take extraordinary measures to pursue collection. Once we have an appropriate understanding of a debtor’s finances, our lawyers counsel our clients regarding the most effective strategy.
