Biography
Caryn Marcus is a commercial litigator, concentrating in complex commercial matters and real estate litigation. Caryn appears regularly before federal and state courts in New York and handles all aspects of litigation. Some of her more significant matters include: Amalgamated Lithographers of America, Local One v. Armen Graphics, Ltd., 1997 WL 458738 (S.D.N.Y. 1997); JC's East, Inc. v. Traub, 1995 WL 555765 (S.D.N.Y. 1995), aff'd, 84 F.3d 527 (2nd Cir. 1996), and S-Fer Int'l, Inc. v. Paladion Partners, Ltd., 906 F. Supp. 211 (S.D.N.Y. 1995).
