Biography
Louis G. Diab is an associate in our Corporate and Securities Department. His practice encompasses a variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, securities and other regulatory compliance, general corporate matters and the negotiation and drafting of stock option plans, sales, employment and other agreements.
Mr. Diab has been with Graubard Miller since Fall 2021. Mr. Diab attended Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, graduating in 2019.
