Paul Lucido is a partner in our Corporate and Securities Department. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, restructurings and corporate and commercial law. Mr. Lucido serves as outside general counsel for public and private companies operating in a broad range of industries including manufacturing, retail, technology, logistics, insurance, publishing and other industries. Mr. Lucido handles a wide variety of matters, including acquisitions and divestitures, public and private securities offerings, credit arrangements, securities and other regulatory compliance, corporate governance and negotiation and drafting of shareholder, partnership, joint venture, limited liability, manufacturing, service, distribution, licensing, employment,and other agreements.

Mr. Lucido received his J.D. in 1990 from St. John’s University School of Law and his B.S. in 1981 from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
