Marisa Jerome is an associate in our Corporate and Securities Department.  She graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 2005 and received a J.D. in 2008 from St. John’s University School of Law where she was a member of the St. John’s Law Review.  She is awaiting admission to the New York Bar.
