Eric Schwartz is an associate in our Corporate and Securities Department. He received an A.B. from Dartmouth College in 1996 and a J.D., cum laude, in 2006 from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was an editor on the Cardozo Public Law, Policy & Ethics Journal. Eric spent the years between college and law school working in the computer industry.  He is a member of the New York bar.
