Steven
Mallis Steven Mallis is a litigation partner of Graubard Miller and is the firm's litigation coordinator. He joined the firm as an associate in 1979, and has been a partner since 1982. Mr. Mallis has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial litigation, including real estate, corporate securities, partnerships, and contracts, as well as trusts and estates litigation. He has represented the New York State Assembly in redistricting cases. Mr. Mallis has a wide range of experience in large, complex litigations, and has appeared in state and federal courts at all levels, as well as in arbitrations. Mr. Mallis received a B.A. degree from the University of Delaware in 1964 and a J.D. degree from Temple University School of Law in 1967, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Temple Law Quarterly. After graduating law school, he served for four years as a captain in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps, following which he entered the private practice of law. He is admitted to practice in New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington, D.C., and is a member of the New York State Bar Association's Committe on Commercial and Federal Litigation. |
