Robert N. Rothberg is an associate in our Litigation Department. He has appeared in commercial matters in state and federal trial and appellate courts, and in NASD and AAA arbitrations. He has represented clients in actions involving contracts, copyrights, securities, employment law and other matters.

Robert joined Graubard Miller in 2000 after associations with other firms in New York and Florida. He is a graduate of Tufts University (B.A., magna cum laude, 1979) and Cornell Law School (J.D., 1985), and is a member of the New York and Florida bars.
