Peter A. Schwartz joined Graubard Miller in January 2002 as a partner in its real estate department. From 1991 through 2001, he was a founding partner in Fromme Schwartz Newman & Cornicello, LLP.

Mr. Schwartz concentrates his practice in real estate transactions and litigation, including the acquisition, conveyance and financing of property, commercial leasing, cooperative and condominium law, contract disputes, and commercial and residential landlord/tenant matters. Mr. Schwartz also has specialized knowledge of rent stabilization, having litigated numerous matters before the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal, and the Courts.

Mr. Schwartz is a member of the New York and New Jersey bars. He received a J.D. from Syracuse University in 1981, an M.P.A. from The Maxwell School of Citizenship & Public Affairs at Syracuse University in 1981, and a B.A. from Rutgers College in 1978.
