Scooler Noah Scooler is a senior partner in Graubard Miller's Corporate and Securities Department. His practice encompasses a wide range of business transactions, including public and private equity and debt financing, domestic and international commercial arrangements, business structuring, banking and security transactions, aircraft purchasing, leasing, and financing, aviation fueling agreements, and employee representation. He also is knowledgeable about environmental and antitrust matters. He particularly enjoys creating legal documents devoid of "legalese." Mr. Scooler joined Graubard Miller upon graduation in 1968 from the New York University School of Law (cum laude; Order of the Coif). He received his undergraduate degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1960. Prior to attending law school (and during his law school period), he worked for a number of years as a sales engineer specializing in instrumentation and controls. These activities gave him wide exposure to business operations at all levels, which he believes has been extremely helpful in representing business people and understanding their needs. Mr. Scooler is a member of the American Bar Association (Business Law Section) and the New York State Bar Association (Business Law and Environmental Law Sections). |
