Jeffrey
M. Gallant Jeffrey M. Gallant is a partner in our Corporate and Securities Department. He is experienced in general corporate and securities law matters, and has represented both public and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings of securities, venture capital investments, and all aspects of their general corporate legal requirements. Jeff has been with Graubard Miller since graduating from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1999 where he received his J.D., cum laude, and was a member of The Order of the Coif. Jeff also served as a member of the Cardozo Arts and Entertainment Law Journal. Prior to attending the Cardozo School of Law, Jeff attended Harpur College, Binghamton University where he graduated with a B.A in 1996. |
