e-mail: epomeranz@graubard.com Phone: (212) 818-8689 Edward Pomeranz is a member of Graubard Miller’s Executive Committee, one of the managing partners of the firm’s litigation department and heads the firm’s recruiting efforts. He joined the firm in 1989 and has been a partner since 1995. Mr. Pomeranz has extensive experience in all aspects of corporate, commercial, securities, creditor’s rights and real estate litigation. He has a wide range of experience in complex business disputes. He has appeared in state and federal courts at all levels, as well as before arbitration tribunals. Mr. Pomeranz also acts as outside general counsel to a variety of privately held companies. Through his litigation experience, Mr. Pomeranz has gained a unique insight in how to protect client’s interests in a wide range of business transactions, such as commercial agreements, business structuring, secured transactions, private equity financing and corporate control agreements such as shareholder, partnership and limited liability company operating agreements. Mr. Pomeranz received a B.A. degree from the University of Vermont in 1982 and a J.D. degree (cum laude) in 1985 from New York Law School, where he served as Managing Editor of the New York Law School International and Comparative Law Journal. He is admitted to practice in New York and Florida.
