Victoria Lee

Ms. Lee joined our Corporate and Securities Department in 2011. Her practice includes a broad range of corporate matters including public and private securities offerings, securities and regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate matters, and the negotiation and drafting of limited liability, service, sales, employment and other agreements. Prior to joining Graubard Miller, Ms. Lee was a law clerk to the Honorable Ramon E. Reyes, Jr., in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. 

Ms. Lee is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
